Welcome to Bella Casa Staging and Design!

My name is Teena Balfour and I have lived in Orangeville for over 25 years. I am a certified accredited home stager and belong to RESA (Real Estate Staging Association). I have a passion for design and am dedicated to helping home owners make the sale of their home a smooth and beneficial process by presenting the home in a way that appeals to more buyers.

Bella Casa Staging and Design also offers different services that are unique to the individual. If you need advise incorporating a piece of furniture that you truly love; or not sure what colours to choose, or need ideas organizing a space, Bella Casa can help!

Consultations
Are beneficial in order to determine the scope of work that needs to take place. For staging; an evaluation of the home will be done, and a list of recommendations will be made inside and outside in order for the home owners to prepare their home for the market. All other consultations will discover the clients’ needs and recommendations will be made on a case by case basis. After the consultation, the client can decide to have Bella Casa Staging and Design manage an entire project or do the work themselves.

Home Staging
Is all about de-cluttering, re-organizing, and de-personalizing. Designing rooms in neutral colours that will appeal to the lifestyle needs of a wide variety of buyers, and create buying signals throughout the home that will leave a lasting impression by using existing furniture when possible. Staged homes sell in half the time for 6% - 30% more money.

Design
Bella Casa Staging and Design will advise on colour, furniture, art, room layouts, bathroom and kitchen renovations, basements, and anything else that will help you fall in love with your home again. All according to your taste and budget, either by using your existing furniture or suggesting what suits your space best. Bella Casa will come into your home and help you make a plan to achieve where you want to be.
