At Hockley Valley Brewing Company, we take our time brewing our beer. In fact, each step of the brewing process - from start to finish - is done by hand, in small batches. All our beer is then delivered fresh - not pasteurized - usually within a few days of being canned. This hands-on approach to our craft allows us to ensure “The Perfect Balance”.
Hockley Valley Brewing Company is pleased to offer three of Ontario’s finest craft brewed beers:

All of our beers are brewed using the highest quality ingredients, and aged to perfection with no preservatives.
